Flag Football
FASST Flag Football is designed to prepare athletes with fundamental skills while ensuring a fun and engaging experience. Whether in grades 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, or 7-8, FASST focuses on building a strong foundation in flag football, fostering a love for the sport, and equipping young athletes with the essential skills needed as they progress in their football journey.
Grades 1-6 open to boys and girls and grades 7-8 for girls only.

Teams/schedules announced by Friday, August 28 at 9:00pm
Saturday, August 29, 8:00-10:00am (practice with your team)
Weeks 2-6
Practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15-6:30pm
Grades 1/2
Thursday evenings starting September 10 at 5:15 and 6:15pm
Grades 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 (*GIRLS ONLY*)
Saturday mornings starting September 12 at 8:00am, going until 12:00pm
Games will run weekly until the tournament on October 10!
